We Are Looking For:

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for transformative health and wellness. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of private practice experience, preferably with exposure to clients in their 40s and 50s. Your background in a multidisciplinary clinic will be crucial, as our holistic approach relies on the seamless integration of services to provide comprehensive care.

Your Impact:

• Creating tailored exercise programs and leading small group classes that cater to a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal, cardiometabolic, and neuromuscular challenges.
• Fostering a collaborative environment by working alongside Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Personal Trainers to offer a unified approach to health.
• Embracing a continuous growth mindset, both personally and professionally, to enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.

What You Need to Bring:

• A strong commitment to self-reflection and the drive to grow both personally and professionally, recognising that growth is fundamental to providing exceptional care.
• A dedication to value-driven healthcare, with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients and fostering exercise as a lasting behaviour for their health and well-being.
• At least 1 year of experience in a private practice setting, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Accreditation with ESSA, along with the appropriate insurances for health fund recognition.
• A passion for excellence, characterised by a positive and professional attitude, and a genuine commitment to your work and team.
