Join Morkare’s growing team of natural healthcare professionals with a passion for women's and children’s health. We are an experienced multi-modality clinic featuring homeopathic, naturopathic and nutritional medicine practitioners.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Receptionist to join our team. Our patient’s experience at Morkare starts and ends with you. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with our patients and delivering the highest standard of service. Behind the scenes, you will manage daily administrative tasks with efficiency and initiative. Our ideal candidate upholds our key values of care, collaboration and competency at every level.

This position is available at Holland Park West, QLD

Casual Role, 15 hours a week over 3 days.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm

Training provided.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Taking payments
• Promoting Morkare online via social media platform
• Responding to patient enquiries (telephone and email)
• Administrative support and co-ordination
• Maintaining clinic ambience and basic tidiness
• Practitioner support
• Confidential handling of patient documents

This role is ideally suited to someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills
• Builds rapport with people quickly and easily
• Is proactive, driven and accountable
• Can multitask and remain calm and friendly under pressure
• Able to work autonomously and unsupervised
• Is computer literate
• Can collaborate and work in a team environment
• A quick learner
