Casual Admin Role

The receptionist position available at Waterman Psychology Services is a fantastic opportunity for a psychology student or admin person wanting to be employed at a psychology practice.

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and reliable team member to join our team. Ideally, a psychology student who aspires to become a child psychologist in the future.

The role is varied with opportunities for the right person to progress their skills and knowledge.

Duties include:

- General admin

- Phone calls

- Taking client bookings

- Using HICAPS machine (on the job training provided)

- Setting-up of report templates

- Excellent understanding of Gmail, word power diary (on-job training provided).

- Psychology Assessment software knowledge (on-job training provided)

Need to be aware of services provided by Waterman Psychology Services

Your overall aim is to assist in providing our clients with an exceptional level of care.

Hours: casual temporary 2 months (with chance of future employment next year)

Days: 2-3 per week, preferably available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
