Subcontractor $90 - $100/hour + 100% of billable travel.

About Us
SYDNEY EXERCISE MEDICINE is a clinic that provides exercise physiology and occupational therapy services to the community. This role is based in Western Sydney which also requires travelling to surround areas in Sydney. You will be part of our Sydney Exercise Medicine Team which offers therapy services to all populations and be part of our multidisciplinary team.

About the role:
• Conducting Initial Assessments

• Developing goals with clients and other parties such as family members, case workers and other allied health practitioners

• Providing community-based Occupational Therapy Assessments to your clients such as Care Needs/ Functional Assessments, Home Assessments for modifications, Assessments for Assistive Technology

• Report writing: Assessment Reports, Progress Reports, Discharge Summaries, Housing NSW assessments, Assistive Technology and home modifications

• Working closely with clients, their families, and other allied health professionals.

• Provision of therapy/ capacity building services, for example daily living retraining therapies.

• Working under aged care, NDIS, Medicare, Private and compensable insurance schemes

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.

• Your own ABN & insurance.

• Current Drivers’ Licence & own car.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

The role requires travelling to clients homes/facilities and so access to your own car for work and a drivers license are a requirement of the role. At Sydney Exercise Medicine you will recieve 100% of billable travel.
