Paediatric Physiotherapist

Outreach Physiotherapy is a service based in Darwin, NT, providing physiotherapy for NDIS participants in the Northern Territory. Our goal is to provide meaningful and supportive care that is considerate of each individual's needs and preferences.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paediatric Physiotherapist at Outreach Physiotherapy. The Paediatric Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress for paediatric clients. The role also includes providing education and support to clients and their families, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience in paediatric physiotherapy
• Knowledge and understanding of developmental milestones and paediatric conditions
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• First Aid and CPR certification
