About the Role

We seek a passionate Physiotherapist with experience in aged care, community care and private practice to join our multi-disciplinary team. The role is varied, with a clinical workload in aged care, community care services, and private clients in our state-of-the-art health club for over the 60s "promitto", making this a highly motivating and rewarding role.

Responsibilities

• Complex Health Pain Management Program
• Engaging in group exercise programs
• Post-hospital rehabilitation
• Mobility and functional assessments
• Hydrotherapy and Aqua Therapy Programs
• Running and Managing Strength Program
• Falls Prevention and Balance exercise programs
• Manual handling training and assessments
• Private and community clients' physiotherapy
• Seniors Gym Rehabilitation Programs
• Development and Introduction of Educational Program
• Participation in research and wellness programs

Requirements - Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Aged care and private practice experience required
• Fully registered with AHPRA - Full Registration ONLY
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that develop a rapport with clients
• A desire to provide premium client care and experiences
