About the location
Edgewater is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia 23 kilometers north of Perth's central business district. It has a population of roughly 4,600+
Located on the western side of Lake Joondalup, Edgewater benefits from fantastic walking and cycling tracks, as well as a large number of parks and playgrounds. Nature lovers love living here - there are always birds chirping, Swans down at Picnic Cove, and Kangaroos along Edgewater Drive.
It is a very peaceful suburb, with no through-roads, meaning there is very little road noise throughout most of the suburb. It Is a beautiful, clean, peaceful and safe place with a low crime rate, and has all the ingredients for good growth as it is next to Joondalup, the second hub after the city of Perth with an expanding hospital, a world class university, quality schools and colleges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
- Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
- Provide a valid NDIS clearance check
- Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
