Dentist- Part time- Retainer Plus Commission - take over from retiring Dentist

About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Dentist to join their team in a part-time capacity. One of their principal dentists is retiring, so there's a great opportunity for the right person to be busy immediately. 

People of all ages are treated at this clinic and they have unique care options for nursing home residents and those with physical and mental disabilities.

As their new Dentist, you'll be providing high-quality dental care to patients while delivering an exceptional customer experience. They're looking for someone who's willing to develop their clinical skills to provide high-end dentistry. You should also have a caring, empathetic nature. Time management skills and attention to detail are also important in this role.

About the Practice:

They were established over 20 years ago to provide patients the finest in personalized dental care.

Their practice aims to provide a high level of dentistry in a friendly caring environment. Their patient base is extensive, and they provide a wide range of services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including routine general dentistry, implants, oral surgery, crown and bridge work, cosmetic dentistry, and many other treatments.
 

A team of 3 dentists and 2 hygienists, along with an OHT and well-trained staff equipped with current infection control knowledge and policies, make up this friendly practice.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a dentist
• Current and valid professional indemnity insurance
• Experience with implant and oral surgery is advantageous
• Current Registration with the Australian Dental Board
• Excellent communication and case presentation skills
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development
• Be fully vaccinated
