Seeking a casual medical receptionist to join our friendly team in Whitebridge. Small, boutique practice with friendly staff.

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our friendly team in Whitebridge, NSW.
Quality is at the heart of the service that we provide and we are looking for a medical receptionist who reflects these values to join our team on a casual basis for 5 days per fortnight with the ability to cover sick and annual holiday relief as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous work in general practice administration preferred.

- A solid grounding in computing skills is desirable. Any candidate will need to be comfortable with word processing, email and basic computer literacy as this is a paperless practice.

- Must possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Answering calls, making appointments and responding to patient enquiries

• Maintaining the appointment book and electronic patient records

• Processing referrals, billings and accounts

• Emails and correspondence
