Move and Play Paediatric Therapy is a leading multidisciplinary children's allied health therapy provider located in the Mackay region, in Queensland. About the role:
As an OT at Move and Play, you will be joining our multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, physios, speech pathologists, and allied health assistants. Our primary Clinic is based in Mackay, and we also have a Clinic in Cannonvale (5 mins from Airlie Beach)! You will support children from infancy through to adolescence, with a variety of developmental needs and disability presentations, and their families using a family centred approach. Your therapy supports for children and families may occur across a number of environments including our clinic, a child's home, daycares/kindys/schools, or within relevant local community settings.
This position is open to occupational therapists at all stages of their career. We have established clinical and professional development programs, internal and external mentoring, in-house training and development, clinical educator for student placements, and opportunity for project work.

- Flexible working arrangements - 9 day fortnights, 8 day fortnights, 4 ½ day weeks all possible.
- Established, interesting and varied caseload, with the ability to work across many areas of occupational therapy.
- Opportunity to work utilising a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach, with joint therapy sessions common
- Receive regular mentoring and peer support from therapists experienced in paediatrics, as well as access to internal and external professional development. If you are an experienced therapist you will be given opportunity to further your career through further training and specialisation, delivering clinical education, or helping to support the team and service.

- Relocation funding is available if you will be moving to Mackay for the role.
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Current valid Blue Card
- Current driver's licence
- NDIS worker screening check
- Vaccination against COVID-19
- Creativity and passion for helping children be the best they can be
