Senior Medical Receptionist

Senior Medical Receptionist with Medical Director Experience preferred.

Nanango Medical Centre are looking for an experienced Part time Medical Receptionist to join their friendly and capable team at Lighthouse. Experience in the field is strongly preferred and an ability to acquire new skills, communicate very well and show initiative are a must.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving the delivery of high quality reception services
• Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

The successful applicant must have the flexibility to 15 to 30 hours work Monday to Friday on rostered days and sick leave when required.
